Protein Array

3 nl doplets of a 250 µg/ml solution of BSA were dispensed on Crystal ® glass slides (Xantec Bioanalytics) in a 20 x 20 grid to check background and spot homogeneity.

Detection
The spots were detected after incubation of the slide with anti-BSA antibody conjugates obtained with Oyster ® - 650 Protein NHS.
